Anyone who hears GAZZI for the first time blindly will think that he probably comes from a garage in the UK. But will be surprised to know that Pablo Jiménez is an emerging national talent from Linares, Jaén. With Burial or Four Tet as references and influences taken directly from the dancefloor; post-dubstep, UK bass, deep house, dembow and breakbeat prevail in the creations of the Andalusian in the two albums, four EPs, and six singles he has released so far in his brilliant and intense musical career.
He moved to Madrid and from then he shoots hits like his recently released EP ‘no pasa nada”. He has moved his talent to dance floors as recognized as Nitsa or Razzmatazz, and has toured essential festivals such as Primavera Sound, Sónar, Bilbao BBK Live or Cala Mijas; between dates he has provided the soundtrack to the afterparty of the Dior fashion show in Seville and edited the Despechá by Rosalía, Charli XCX, Bad Gyal or Drake.
As a music selector, Misterpiro’s art has always had a strong connection with music, from cover designs for artists through to the collaboration and design of art for festivals. His eclectic taste in music has been a constant source of inspiration for his projects, encompassing a broad range of genres (from Afro beat, funk and disco through to Detroit house, contemporary acid and Italo disco) and countries (Brazil, Nigeria, France and India).
Dj, producer and co-founder of The Monkey Bar promoter in 2010 in Barcelona, where he has lived for 15 years. They did one of the most exciting parties with more than 70 events around Europe, bringing a fresh air to the city of Barcelona.
In 2013, he run the record label focusing on dance music and it became one of the best record labels in Spain between house and techno, releasing artists like Patrice Scott, Fred P, Marco Shuttle, Voiski, Pajaro Dune or Dadame, including his track as 333 with Diego Gamez, which was one of the best selling eps of the record label.
As a Dj, he has performed in a few festivals like DGTL or Piknik Electronik, and clubs of international recognition. One of the most known residencies was at Moog, where he did an avant-garde bookings and developed his techno side. Playing with artists like Jeff Mills, Floating Points, Dixon, Nina Kraviz, Mike Huckaby, DJ Harvey or Steffi to name a few, he became essential of the Barcelona music scene.
Currently, he lives in Andalucia since 2021, and he is co-owner of one of the most beautiful places on the coast, called Chicano Vargas.
On February 8th, 2025, Ágata returns to the iconic Balneario de los Baños del Carmen, reaffirming itself as a must-attend event for electronic music enthusiasts and lovers of cutting-edge sounds in Málaga. This unique venue, with its unparalleled Mediterranean atmosphere, once again becomes the setting where creativity, music, and energy converge to deliver an unforgettable experience.
This edition’s lineup will be headlined by Gazzi, one of the most prominent figures in the current electronic scene, bringing his signature high-energy style. Joining him is the unique talent of Piro, renowned for blending visuals with sound, and Alfonso, an established DJ and passionate vinyl collector, whose journey through underground sounds promises to enhance the night’s sonic experience.
With a focus on artistic excellence and a meticulously curated atmosphere, Ágata Vol. 4 invites everyone to be part of this sonic journey that continues to set trends and redefine the clubbing experience in the city.
